Return Policy
At Grace Full Bubbles, every product is made with intention, care, and a genuine love for the craft. I spend countless hours researching ingredients, testing formulations, and refining recipes to ensure each product meets the standards I set for myself. Learning and improving is part of my daily work, because I believe my customers deserve the very best I can create.
Even with the greatest attention to detail, unexpected things can happen. A package may be damaged during shipping, changing weather or humidity may affect a product, or an issue may arise that I simply couldn't have anticipated.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to me at info@gracefullbubbles.com. Whether that means sending a replacement, recommending a better-suited alternative, or providing a refund, I will do my best to make things right.
I do have one small request: please let me know what went wrong. Your feedback helps me learn, improve, and continue creating products that bring joy and confidence to those who use them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
We will ship your order within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified promptly.
